“The Prime Minister, Head of Government, Mr Philemon YANG will represent the Head of State H.E. Paul BIYA at the solemn opening  and closing ceremonies of the First Edition of the Forum of the Diaspora, on June 28th  and 30th, 2017, at the Yaounde Conference Centre at 11:a.m.

Latest time of arrival at the opening ceremony is: 10:30 a.m.”
