The Minister of Communication hereby decides as follows:
Article 1: The provisions of decision no 119/MINCOM/CAB/DMPP of 07 March 2017 to set up the National Commission for the Scrutiny of Applications for Government Subsidy to Crivate communication for the 2017 financial year are hereby nullified;
Article 2: The composition of the National Commission for the Scrutiny of Applications for Government Subsidy to Private Communication for the 2018 financial year is hereby constituted as follows:
